We are Scott & Kristine, husband and wife alternative wedding photographers behind Blue Elephant Photography. We are based in Oklahoma with our furry boy Fuji. There’s so much to love between these two adventurous souls. Andrew being with the air force and his love of airplanes and Breanna agreeing to their very first date at the ice skating rink despite not knowing how to skate at all {pretty adventurous I’d say!}. But this is what love does. It makes you take risks and you welcome it openly because yes, life is too short and who knows, he may be the one you’ve been waiting for. On another adventure this past summer, Andrew took Breanna to the Grand Hotel on northern Michigan’s Mackinac Island. It seemed to be a regular family vacation but Andrew had much more in mind. One evening during cocktail hour, as the family gathered around, Andrew got down on one knee and asked Breanna to marry him. He was the one she was waiting for and she was definitely caught off guard with this wonderful surprise but of course she said “Yes!”. On this February engagement session, it was chilly and windy outside. So Andrew and Breanna were excited to be in this warm and lush Conservatory in Tulsa. It was their first time exploring the old Victorian greenhouse filled with exotic plants. Afterwards, they ventured into breezy Downtown Tulsa, where Andrew did his best to keep Breanna warm.
