Nick & Jessie are like warm happy sunshine and we so adore the love they have for each other. They’re so freakin’ cuuuute! And their wedding at the aptly named Dream Point Ranch just outside Tulsa, OK really was a dream to shoot. It was a December winter wedding so we all knew we were in for some brisk weather. But I wasn’t too concerned because no matter what, Nick and Jessie always support each other and keep the other in good spirits, which we saw during their very windy engagement at Gloss Mountain State Park. I seriously love capturing getting ready time with the ladies and to be surrounded by beauty and all the pretty little things. It was so cool to find out that the groom designed all the paper goods himself. He literally put his stamp on the wedding! During that morning, filled with happy anticipation, Jessie received a stack of love letters from her friends and family. And Nick got the coolest wedding gift from his bride-to-be! Not only did he get a fashionable timepiece to wear on his wedding day but he had the joy of assembling it himself. So fun!
Jess is gorgeous inside and out. I love her laid-back vibes, dimples, and laughs. Such a beauty! This wasn’t a Christmas wedding but the pops of red in her bouquet had just the right amount of holiday magic for the season. We’re all about the in-betweens and this wedding was chock full of them! It was touching watching Nick’s younger brother help him get ready in the morning. I got a bit emotional just watching the love and sweetness of the father-daughter moment. And Nick and Jessie’s first look was one for the books! The ceremony was totally epic with a triangle ceremony arch perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking rolling hills. The sunset light gleamed as Nick and Jessie tied the knot. Afterwards, the party kicked off inside the lovely modern barn wedding venue. All the greenery and bright white interior was clean and fresh while the evergreen garland wrapped bistro lights created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The whole day was beautiful and there’s no doubt that these two are meant to be.
