We are Scott & Kristine, husband and wife alternative wedding photographers behind Blue Elephant Photography. We are based in Oklahoma with our furry boy Fuji. We’re big fans of love, travel, and adventures which takes us to Colorado, New Mexico, Arkansas, Texas, Washington and across the world. We are passionate about documenting genuine and uninhibited love between two people because telling their story matters.
For a summer wedding, the day was beautiful and the heat was bearable. All the girls were busy getting dolled up while all the guys were just hanging out and playing pool. We love weddings like this where everyone is relaxed, throwing jokes around, and chit-chatting up fun memories. We couldn’t believe the day was here already, we felt like their fun Downtown Tulsa Engagement was not too long ago. It was a grand wedding starting off at the historic Dresser Mansion in Tulsa, OK. The old world architecture, manicured grounds, and whimsical getting ready rooms was the perfect place to accept guests and set the mood. Amy was definitely a stunner in her gorgeous Sottero and Midgley wedding gown. She was all smiles and glowing. Kyle was such a handsome groom himself. After the beautiful outdoor ceremony in the gardens, the wedding party hopped on the Old Urban Trolley and made a quick stop downtown. We took some quick street photos with the iconic BOK Center in the background before getting back on the road to the reception at the Arts & Humanities Council of Tulsa, Hardesty Arts Center affectionately known as AHHA. What a cool and classy venue setting with guests mingling amidst a gallery of artwork. It was a night filled with food, dancing, friends, and family leading up to their glow stick send off!
