When Susan went to the Myriad Botanical Gardens in OKC, she thought she was attending a work event. She had little reason to think otherwise since she was sent by her boss to the Myriad Gardens after hours. Once she entered she knew something else entirely was going on. As she walked through the dimly lit jungle she was met by friends along the way. Each would hand her a sunflower and point her in the right direction. At the end of her tour of the gardens, she saw candle lit lanterns lining the walkway leading up to a table. The table was adorned with more candles, photos, and sunflowers. But most importantly, standing there, waiting patiently was the love of her life…Andrew. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. How could a girl say no? It seemed fitting to return for their engagement session to this place that will forever hold special memories and maybe add a few more. They loved exploring the gardens this time in the daytime. They had the extra time to relax and simply have a fun afternoon together. Andrew and Susan are a very sweet couple. They are both a bit shy and I think the gardens with all its twists and turns and hidden alcoves was the perfect place to be cozy with one another. I love how they so easily make each other laugh. They are obviously madly in love. ♥ These two are getting hitched at the beautiful Dresser Mansion in Tulsa, OK.
